Ten Mantras to Age gracefully

Make life at 40, 50, 60 and even after retirement pleasant and enjoyable. A food for thought on how to treasure the elders years of wisdom and intelligence at its best:
1. Never say ‘I am aged': There are three ages, chronological, biological, and psychological. The first is calculated based on our date of birth; the second is determined by the health conditions and the third is how old you feel you are. While we don't have control over the first, we can take care of our health with good diet, exercise and a cheerful attitude. A positive attitude and optimistic thinking can reverse the third age.

Just be who you are

In our attempts to be liked and loved by others , we tried to explore means and ways that made us a different person instead of being truly who we are. Don't try to be  different, who you don't want to be, simply to please others. It's alright to make someone an inspiration or a role model, but never underestimate yourself

Don't imitate others. Observe them, learn from them, but don't try to be like them.
